Von Bern oder Luzern nach Interlaken. Dort verlassen wir die A8 über die Ausfahrt 25 - Wilderswil - nach Süden und fahren dann nach Grindelwald und weiter Richtung Große Scheidegg. Am Hotel Wetterhorn (1230m Höhe) stellen wir auf dem großen Parkplatz unser Auto ab.
From Bern or Lucerne to Interlaken. There we leave the A8 via exit 25 - Wilderswil - to the south and then drive to Grindelwald and further towards Große Scheidegg. At the Hotel Wetterhorn (1230m altitude) we park our car on the large parking lot.
Avvicinamento (1 h): ➜
Zunächst das Sträßchen "Im Brand" in östlicher Richtung abwärts, dann über den Briggbach und auf dem Wanderweg Richtung Schwarze Lütschine. Die Holzstufen hinauf kommen wir zum Restaurant (1375m Höhe). Von hier weiter in südöstlicher Richtung zum Schluchtrand. Hier besteht di Möglichkeit, direkt in de Schlucht hinein zu seilen (ca. 50m). Alternativ quert man auf den Stahlseilen (für die im Sommer hier eingehängte Brücke) die Schlucht (Seilrolle - 12mm - sinnvoll). und steigt auf der anderen Seite aufwärts, soweit der Gletscher den Bach freigegeben hat.
First down the little road "Im Brand" in eastern direction, then over the Briggbach and on the hiking trail towards Schwarze Lütschine. Up the wooden steps we come to the restaurant (1375m altitude). From here we continue in southeastern direction to the canyon rim. Here you have the possibility to rope directly into the canyon (approx. 50m). Alternatively, cross the canyon on the steel ropes (for the bridge suspended here in summer) (pulley - 12mm - useful). and climb up the other side, as far as the glacier has cleared the stream.

Zu Beginn nur wenig eingeschnitten bringt uns eine C15 tiefer nach unten. Der nächste Abfall bringt uns dann in 2 Stufen oder direkt über 20m weiter hinab. Später dann eine C18 und am Ende eine C10 mit einigen kleineren Stufen zum Abklettern. Wieder im offenen Kiesbett haben wir das Ende der Tour erreicht.
At the beginning only a little cut brings us a C15 deeper down. The next drop brings us then in 2 steps or directly over 20m further down. Later a C18 and at the exit a C10 with some smaller steps for downclimbing. Again in the open gravel bed we have reached the exit of the tour.

An geeigneter Stelle rechts hinaus auf den Anmarschweg und diesen zurück zum Auto.
At a suitable point, turn right onto the approach path and follow it back to the car.

Nous n'avons pas traversé le cable par manque de temps, mais il semble encore en état correct. Nous avons rajouté plusieurs points pour doubler ou remplacer des amarrages manquant ou non accessible du a un changement de morphologie des cascades. Eau bien plus froide que Trummel le matin.
