Sintesi:
Deeply incised and watery canyon, which is so narrow over two thirds of its length that hardly any light reaches the bottom. Should only be attempted by experienced canyoneers, as it is very watery, even at low water levels, and therefore whitewater experience and techniques to avoid direct contact with the water when rappelling are a basic requirement. The water level should be checked before entering. Grigno has a measuring point (see links) where the water level can be checked. For a reasonably safe ascent, the water level should not exceed 2m³/s. However, it is normal that the measured values are not constant but are sometimes slightly below or above 2m³/s. On average, however, the 2m³/s should not be exceeded. On average, however, the 2 m³/s should not be exceeded. The canyon should only be entered in stable weather conditions due to the very large catchment area and because there is practically no elevated position in the canyon for at least 2.5 hours, let alone an escape route.
