Von Montpellier (an der Autobahn A-9 - la Longuedocienne - zwischen Nimes und Perpignan) auf der D-986 nordwärts in Richtung Ganges. Nach ca. 30 km (ab Ortsmitte Montpellier) erreicht man etwa 2 km nach der Ortschaft St. Martin-de-Londres die Brücke über das Flüsschen Lamalou, das den Canyon geformt hat. Hier Parkplätze rechts und links der D-986 (Picnicplatz).
From Montpellier (on the A-9 highway - la Longuedocienne - between Nimes and Perpignan) take the D-986 north towards the Ganges. After approx. 30 km (from the center of Montpellier) you will reach the bridge over the Lamalou river, which has formed the canyon, about 2 km after the village of St. Martin-de-Londres. There are parking lots to the right and left of the D-986 (picnic area).

Beim Naturbogen vor allem an Wochenenden reger Ausflugs- und Badebetrieb. 1 Seilfahrt: 7 m, wenn ordentlich Wasser fließt (sonst hier abklettern in der Flussrinne) und man nicht springen will. Wenn kein Wasser fließt, soll man an einer der ersten Kaskaden abseilen müssen, die man sonst springen kann.
Short, attractive canyon with possible jumps, also suitable for beginners. The exit is at the level of the large Nuturbogen, but you can follow the river a good bit further down (but then you have to return to the 'Arc' in the riverbed). The natural arch is particularly busy at weekends for excursions and swimming. 1 rope ride: 7 m, if there is plenty of water flowing (otherwise downclimb here in the river channel) and you don't want to jump. If there is no water flowing, you should have to rappel at one of the first cascades, which you can otherwise jump.
