In der selben Richtung dem anfänglich breiten, später schmaleren Pfad folgen, das Wehr rechts übersteigen und weiter durch den Wald, bis zu einem Holzschild "Vereda dos Barbinhas". Hier den Fluss Seixal überqueren und gegenüber den schwach erkennbaren Pfad suchen (Steinmännchen). Diesen durch die steile Wand aufsteigen bis die Levada do Seixal erreicht ist. Hier umziehen (am Einstieg ist dafür kein Platz!) und dann nach Links wenige Minuten zum Einstieg gehen.
In the same direction, follow the initially wide, later narrower path, cross the dam on the right and continue through the forest until you reach a wooden sign "Vereda dos Barbinhas". Cross the river Seixal here and look for the faintly recognizable path opposite (cairn). Climb up the steep wall until you reach the Levada do Seixal. Change here (there is no room for this at the entry point!) and then walk to the left for a few minutes to the entry point.

Die erste Stufe kann an einem kleinen Baum abgeseilt werden, abklettern ist oft heikel, weil der Fels sehr rutschig ist. Von nun an folgt Abseilstelle auf Abseilstelle, nach drei Wasserfällen warten bereits die beiden hohen Multipitch Wasserfälle. Wer die Zwischenstände nicht übersieht, der kann mit 40 Meter Seilen arbeiten. Nach einer spektakulären Serie von drei hohen Abseilstellen gibt es eine kurze Pause zum Verschnaufen, bevor die nächste spannende Passage erreicht ist. Hier findet sich auch das einzig wirklich tiefe Becken der Tour. Danach klingt die Tour mt zwei kurzen Abseilstellen entspannt aus. Nach dem letzten Abseiler geht links ein Weg ab.
The first step can be rappelled down a small tree, downclimbing is often tricky because the rock is very slippery. From now on, abseiling point follows abseiling point, and after three waterfalls, the two high Multipitch waterfalls are already waiting. If you don't miss the intermediate stands, you can work with 40-meter ropes. After a spectacular series of three high abseils, there is a short break to catch your breath before the next exciting passage is reached. This is also the only really deep pool on the tour. The tour then comes to a relaxed end with two short abseils. After the last rappel, a path leads off to the left.
