Bei Einstieg unterhalb genügt im weiteren Verlauf 1x30m Seil.
Follow the marked hiking trail towards Santa Maria through a wide valley to the stream. Several karst springs emerge here, which soon plunge into the depths over a 25m waterfall, the Salt des Freu. Depending on your preference, you can enter above or below the waterfall. If the entry is below, a 30m rope is sufficient for the rest of the route.

Nach dem 25m Salt des Freu folgt ein weiterer 15m Wasserfall (beide linksufrig umgehbar) bevor eine längere Gehstrecke mit einigen Sprung- und Rutschmöglichkeiten (wenn nicht ausgetrocknet) beginnt. Nach etwa 400m verengt sich das Tal wieder und der eigentliche Canyon beginnt mit einem 4m Sprung in ein schmales Becken. In der Klamm viele niedrige Abseil/Sprungpassagen bis max. 15m.
Ausstieg nach einem 5m Abbruch der durch einen großen Felsen gebildet wird (rechts rutschen oder links abseilen). Links ist ein Tor in einem Zaun sichtbar.
The 25m Salt des Freu is followed by another 15m waterfall (both can be bypassed on the left bank) before a longer walking passages begins with a few jumps and slides (if not dry). After about 400m the valley narrows again and the actual canyon begins with a 4m jump into a narrow basin. In the gorge there are many low rappel/jump passages up to max. 15m.
Exit after a 5m drop formed by a large rock (slide right or rappel left). A gate in a fence is visible on the left.
