Von Porto an der Westküste nehmen wir die D81 in Richtung Piana, Cargese, Ajaccio. Nach 7,2 (ab Brücke in Porto) kommen wir zu einer markanten Linkskurve beim "Tête du Chien" mit großem Parkplatz und Info-Tafel. Hier stellen wir das Auto ab.\nSofern wir 2 Autos zur Verfügung haben fahren wir - andernfalls gehen wir - 2 km auf der kurvenreichen Straße weiter und stellen dann das zweite Auto direkt nach der Brücke über den Bach ab.
From Porto on the west coast we take the D81 in the direction of Piana, Cargese, Ajaccio. After 7.2 (from the bridge in Porto) we come to a prominent left turn at the "Tête du Chien" with a large parking lot and information board. Hier tieft sich der Bach ca. 30m ein, die Abseiler, meist im freien Hang, erfolgen unter großen eingeklemmten Felsen. Auch direktes Abseilen nach den Klemmblöcken mglich. Wenig später erneut ein schöner Abseiler (C20). Es folgt ein abwechslungsreicher Abstieg mit Rutsch- und Sprung-Möglichkeiten.

Here the creek deepens about 30m, the rappel, mostly in the open slope, take place under large trapped rocks. Direct rappeling after the clamping blocks is also possible. Bei der Einmündung des Baches, der rechts von der Auberge des Roches bleues herunterkommt (Steinmann beim Ausstieg) führt auf der orografisch linken Seite dieses trockenen Bachbettes (von unten gesehen am rechten Hangfuß) ein Weg hinauf und trifft unweit der Tete du Chien auf die D-81. Dieser Weg - 1997 von mir zufällig entdeckt - ist angenehm, gleichmäßig ansteigend und meist schattig. Im Buch Corse Paradis du Canyoning ist ein beschwerlicher Rückweg - weglos den gegenüberlieg., gut besonnten, Hang hinauf - beschrieben. Auf Seite 79 (Nr. 14) im abgedruckten Kartenausschnitt ist jedoch auch dieser Fußweg eingezeichnet. Inzwischen findet sich dieser Rückweg auch im Buch von Jourdan/Fiorina.
At the confluence of the streambed that comes down to the right of the Auberge des Roches bleues (cairn at the exit), a path leads up on the orographic left side of this dry streambed (seen from below at the right foot of the slope) and meets the D-81 not far from the Tete du Chien. This path - discovered by me by chance in 1997 - is pleasant, evenly rising and mostly shaded. In the book Corse Paradis du Canyoning a difficult way back - pathless up the opposite, well sunny, slope - is described. On page 79 (No. 14) in the printed map section, however, this footpath is also marked. In the meantime, this way back can also be found in the book by Jourdan/Fiorina.

Sonne ab mittags im Canyon. Die ersten Abseiler wirklich traumhaft, etwas getrübt von einer sehr langen Bachwanderung, aber die Ankunft im Meer ist wieder sehr schön.

Beau canyon, cependant presque la moitié du canyon est de la marche/désescalade ce qui rend le canyon moins intéressant. Retour à la nage environ 45 minutes avec des palmes qui permet un beau snorkeling avec un masque. Questions engagements, beaucoup d'endroit pour ce mettre hors eau une fois passé la première partie encaissée. Petit filet d'eau, quelques vasques commencent à sentir mauvais... mais il a plu aujourd'hui ! Descente en 2h30 à 5.

Équipements RAS. Petite montée au cœur de Piana pour le voir de près avant de commencer. La descente jusqu'a la mer vaut vraiment la peine c'est magnifique. Retour par la mer. Stop jusqu'a Piana et vélo pour récupérer la voiture. J'ai pris un sac étanche 35l plier dans mon sac et pour la nage en mer j'ai pu mettre nos trois Baudrier et la corde dedans. Donc j'avais une super bouée pour me signaler et pas de sel sur mon Matos...

Saut du pont de la route. Puis on sort du canyon en RD au niveau des panneaux d'interdiction pour rejoindre la route via une échelle en bois et redescendre au niveau du cœur. Ça vaut le coup si on n'est pas pressé.Retour à la nage en 45 minutes. Rester proche du bord pour ne pas se faire engueuler par les bateaux bus. Une bouée rouge pour se rendre visible est appréciable.
