Von Albertville auf der N 90 an der Isère entlang aufwärts. Nach etwa 7,5 km bei Ausfahrt 33 in Richtung La Bâthie fahren. Von hier 1 km weiter auf der D 990 in südlicher Richtung nach Arbine. Auf dem Parkplatz links vor der Brücke stellen wir unser Auto ab.

Wir queren die Straßenbrücke und umrunden die Fabrik auf der Südseite. Dann nehmen wir den Weg auf der orograf. linken Seite des Baches Richtung "La Bergerie". Bei einer Ruine biegen wir vom Weg links ab und folgen dem Schild "Canyon". Es geht nun aufwärts, teilweise auch steil. Einige Baumhindernisse gilt es zu überwinden. Einen ersten Abstieg in das Bachbett lassen wir links liegen, um dann weiter oben der Spur in das Bachbett zu folgen
We cross the road bridge and go around the factory on the south side. Then we take the path on the orographic left side of the stream towards "La Bergerie". At a ruin we turn left from the path and follow the signs "Canyon". It goes up now, partly also steeply. Some tree obstacles have to be overcome. We leave a first descent into the streambed to the left, then follow the tracks further up into the streambed.
