Von Nizza auf der N 202 nach Norden in Richtung Digne; nach 20 km rechts ab in das Tal der Vesubie in Richtung Lantosque, Roquebillière. Nach ca. 14 km auf der D 2565 erreicht man Suquet mit Campingplatz und Hotel. Unmittelbar danach geht es links ab (D 373), wenig später rechts ab in Richtung Pelasque. Man passiert den Weiler Farguet. Kurz vor Erreichen von Pelasque geht es bei einem Brunnen links weg und man kommt am Ende der Straße zum Hotel Auda (2025 nicht bewirtschaftet). Hier wird man zum Schattenparker.

From Nice, head north on the N 202 towards Digne; after 20 km, turn right into the Vesubie valley towards Lantosque, Roquebillière. After approx. 14 km on the D 2565 you reach Suquet with its campsite and hotel. Immediately afterwards, turn left (D 373), then a little later turn right towards Pelasque. Der Bagnolar ist ein attraktiver Canyon, allerdings nur wenn Wasser durch die Schlucht fließt. Oft findet man schon im Mai im unteren Teil nur noch stehendes Wasser in den Gumpen. Im Hochsommer sollte hier eine Nasenklammer zur Ausrüstung gehören. Bei guten Verhältnissen gehört der Bagnolar aber zu den besten Schluchten im Gebiet. Eng, herrlich ausgewaschen und mit formschönen Abseilern und lustigen Sprüngen und Rutschen. Man hat die Möglichkeit bei etwa der Hälfte des Canyons links zum Aufstiegsweg auszusteigen. Die Begehung des attraktiven Figaret abwärts ist - leider - verboten.

Nach Erreichen des Figaret in diesem Bach aufwärts bis knapp vor der Brücke ein Hozschild nach rechts den Ausgangssteig anzeigt (ca. 5 Min.). Kurz aufwärts zum Zustiegssteig und dann auf dem Anmarschweg zurück zum Auto (weitere 25 Min.).
