Von Nizza durchs Var-Tal nach Norden, dann nach Westen und zuletzt wieder nach Norden bis zur Gorge de Daluis (über die D 2202 Richtung Guillaumes). Nach dem Ort Daluis steigt die Straße stark an. Ein paar Hundert Meter vor der Brücke über den Bertheou gibt es auf der rechten Seite einen Rastplatz - Aire de Roua - wo wir unser Auto für den Ausstieg abstellen.. Danach geht es über eine spektakuläre Straße entlang der Schlucht bis zu einem Parkplatz gegenüber den Wasserfällen der Clue d'Amen (3km Umsetzung). Hier parken.

From Nice through the Var valley to the north, then west and finally north again to the Gorge de Daluis (via the D 2202 towards Guillaumes). After the village of Daluis, the road climbs steeply. A few hundred meters before the bridge over the Bertheou, there is a rest area on the right - Aire de Roua - where we park our car for the exit. We then take a spectacular road along the canyon to a parking lot opposite the Clue d'Amen waterfalls (3km implementation). Park here.

Dem Flussverlauf folgen bis man nach ca. 2,5km das Ende der Schlucht erreicht. Lt. der lokalen Info soll trotz der Tatsache, dass es keine Abseiler gibt 1x 30m Seil mitgeführt werden. Möglich ist auch, die Kurzvariante der Clue d'Amen mit dieser Flusswanderung zu kombinieren.

Follow the course of the river until you reach the exit of the canyon after approx. 2.5 km. According to the local information, despite the fact that there are no rappels, 1x 30m of rope should be carried. It is also possible to combine the short version of the Clue d'Amen with this river walk.

Am Ende der Schlucht, nachdem von rechts der Bertheou Canyon eingemündet ist, führt ein mit Steinmännern markierter Steig zum ersten Parkplatz zurück.
