Von Nizza auf der N 202 in nördlicher Richtung 21 km entlang dem Fluss Var bis zur Brücke Charles Albert. Hier zuerst noch ein Stück weiter, den Kreisel umfahren und in Gegenrichtung zurück zur Brücke. Über die Brücke, dann rechts und auf der D 17 hinauf nach Gilette und weiter nach Roquesteron (21,5 km ab Gilette). Direkt nach Roquesteron rechts ab auf die D 317 und hinauf nach Cuebris (3,5 km). Hier vor dem Ort oder am Ortsende Parkmöglichkeit.
From Nice on the N 202 in a northerly direction for 21 km along the river Var to the bridge Charles Albert. Here first a little further, go around the traffic circle and in the opposite direction back to the bridge. Over the bridge, then right and on the D 17 up to Gilette and further to Roquesteron (21.5 km from Gilette). Directly after Roquesteron, turn right onto the D 317 and up to Cuebris (3.5 km). Here before the village or at the end of the village parking possibility.

Am nördlichen Ortsausgang, bei dem Markierungspunkt "84" führt ein breiter Weg hinunter zur Brücke über den Gros Riou. Wir gehen weiter auf der Piste bis zum Markierungspunkt "88". Man passiert das kleine Wasserbassin und nimmt wenig später den Pfad, der von der Piste links abgeht (Steinhaufen an der Abzweigung).. Der Pfad kreuzt einen Bachlauf und zieht dann durch lichten Pinienwald aufwärts. Er zieht anschließend durch eine kleine Felswand und wir kommen am Markierungspunkt "89" vorbei. Hier gehen wir links in Richtung Bau de l'Arc und erreichen abwärts gehend schnell das Bachbett.
At the northern end of the village, at marker point "84", a wide path leads down to the bridge over the Gros Riou. Continue along the track to marker point "88". Pass the small water basin and a little later take the path that leaves the slope on the left (cairn at the junction). The path crosses a stream and then ascends through a sparse pine forest. Nach einer kürzeren Laufstrecke kommen die attraktiven Abseiler C 10 und C 25. Nach weiteren 4 Abseilern ist die Ebene erreicht und eine längere Laufstrecke beginnt, bevor man rechts auf die Wiesen aussteigt.
Man kann auch unmittelbar nach dem letzten Abseiler (C9) links hinauf auf den Zustiegsweg.
