Accesso:
Fahren Sie das Vésubie-Tal hinauf und biegen Sie in St. Jean-la-Rivière links ab, um in Richtung Utelle hinaufzufahren. Parkplätze oberhalb und unterhalb: siehe Rio Sec (unterhalb).
Avvicinamento (15 min):
Ähnlich wie beim Anmarsch zum Rio Sec Aval, nur dass man dem Weg, der auf und ab führt und ein tiefes Tal durchquert (Verlassen des Aclap-Tals), noch ein Stück weiter folgen muss; dort befindet sich der Startpunkt der Tour.
Giro (30 min):
Die Abfahrt durch dieses Tal endet am Zusammenfluss mit dem Rio Sec aval, allerdings ohne erkennbaren Ausstieg. Daher kann dieser Abschnitt nur befahren werden: - im Rahmen der Abfolge Aclap/Milhommes/Rio Sec aval, - als Startvariante vom Rio Sec aval (Anfahrt und Shuttle wie beschrieben). Dauer: 30 Min. + Rio Sec aval (ca. 2,5 Std.). Es gibt keinen offensichtlichen Notausstieg.
Ritorno (0 min):
Diese Strecke wird bei trockenen Bedingungen zurückgelegt. Am Ende von Rio Sec in Flussrichtung, auf Höhe der Brücke, nimmst du also das Seil am rechten Ufer.

Viré les vieux ancrages, vieilles cordes pourries et repositionné la déviation pour éviter le gros retour au sol possible. Aucun bassins à éviter. Rio sec coulait jusqu'à la confluence mais n'a pas coulé ensuite.
