Open granite cascades. Rapelling trip. In low water conditions, a good introduction to abseil canyoning.

Accesso:

Avvicinamento (1 h):
From the lower Eurobin Creek carpark, rock hop up the creek until you nearly meet Crystal Brook. From here, head left, up steeply through varying vegetation until you reach aprox. 730m. From here, head right down into Eurobin Creek.
Giro (2 h):
The first few abseils stand back from public view. They typically roll off and occasionally finish more steeply before reaching the next anchors. All but the first rapel have unlinked double rings held by screws or expansion bolts. Some bolts may be a little tricky to find in medium to high flow conditions, so be ready for some distant visual or whistle based communication. The rope pull on R5 appears to have claimed somebodys rope - although it is easy to prevent this.
Ritorno (10 min):
Once you abseil down the main falls (5 stacked abseils) you can quickly find the lookout track back to the main road, and then down to your vehicle.

After a simple off-track walk up, the hot weather was super nice as we cruised down with only a little water in the creek. The upper granite boulders were a little slippery after very light rain, but as the river bed opened up this improved heaps. Nice open views down into the valley.
