EInstiegsparkplatz: Wieder zurück in den Ort und zur D952 in Richtung Riez. Nach zwei Kehren zweigt rechts eine Straße in Richtung Venascle ab. Der schmalen Aspahltstraße 10km bis zum Venascle-Campingplatz folgen, dann bald auf Sandstraße in Richtung Ravin de Burrillon fahren. Nach der Brücke über den meist trockenen Bach Parkmöglichkeiten.

From Castellane (on the Verdon, on the Route Napoleon) on the D 952 via La Palud-sur-Verdon to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie (approx. 45 km). In the village, drive to the uppermost paid parking lot.
Parking entry: Return to the village and take the D952 towards Riez. After two hairpin bends, a road branches off to the right towards Venascle. Follow the narrow asphalt road for 10km to the Venascle campsite, then soon take the sand road towards Ravin de Burrillon. Parking is available after the bridge over the mostly dry stream.

Zu Beginn Bachwanderung, dann relativ offener Canyon mit einer Reihe einfacher Abseiler. Bei ausreichenden Wasserdurchfluß gibt es einige Sprungmöglichkeiten. Becken sind aber oft seichter als erwartet. Dann "La Poire" ein unterirdischer Saal, die attraktivste Passage. Nach einigen weiteren Abseilern öffnet sich die Schlucht und ergiebige Karstquellen lassen die Valonge zum Bach werden.
At the beginning river walk, then relatively open canyon with a series of easy rappels. With sufficient water flow there are some possible jumps. However, the pools are often shallower than expected. Then "La Poire" an underground hall, the most attractive passage. After a few more rappels, the canyon opens up and productive karst springs turn the Valonge into a stream.

Der ursprüngliche Weg weiter am Bach entlang abwärts (so bei Cicarudeclan grün eingezeichnet) ist jetzt untersagt.
Where the Venascle dry canyon joins from the right, cross the Venascle at the bottom, climb steeply up the opposite slope in a northerly direction and then return to Moustier on a path that is not always clearly visible (see photo 1 - purple or photo 2 - dashed red). The path is well marked with colored dots and secured with ropes where necessary.
The original path further down along the stream (marked in green at Cicarudeclan) is now prohibited.
