Man verlässt die Rhonetalautobahn A-7 (Autoroute de Soleil) bei Ausfahrt 19 (Bollene) und fährt in westlicher Richtung vorbei an Pont-St. Esprit nach Bagnols. Von dort aus weiter nach Alès (bis dahin ca. 70 km). In Ales nimmt man die nach Mende führende N-106 und erreicht nach 56 km Florac. Vor Ort nach Süden biegen in die D-907, Richtung Meyrueis. Nach 5,5 km an einer Verzweigung der Straße nach rechts folgen und nach weiteren 9,5 km, im Weiler les Vanels, links abbiegen. 5,5 km später, in Rousses, die D-907 verlassen. Rechts in die D-119 einbiegen, nach ca. 4 km erreicht man einen Parkplatz mit Hinweistafel (vor einen Rechtskurve). Hier das Auto abstellen. Von Anfang Juni bis Ende August den für Canyonisten eingerichteten Parkplatz in Rousses benutzen und mit dem Shuttle-Bus zum Einstieg fahren (siehe unten Reglementierungen).

Leave the Rhone Valley highway A-7 (Autoroute de Soleil) at exit 19 (Bollene) and head west past Pont-St. Esprit to Bagnols. From there, continue to Alès (approx. 70 km). In Ales, take the N-106 leading to Mende and after 56 km you will reach Florac. Before reaching Florac, turn south onto the D-907 towards Meyrueis. After 5.5 km, follow the road to the right at a junction and after another 9.5 km, in the hamlet of les Vanels, turn left. 5.5 km later, in Rousses, leave the D-907. Turn right onto the D-119, after approx. 4 km you will reach a parking lot with a signpost (before a right-hand bend). Park your car here. From the beginning of June to the exit of August, use the parking lot in Rousses set up for canyonists and take the shuttle bus to the entry (see regulations below).
