Por la N224 hasta Arouca y giraremos a Alvarenga o por la N225. En ambos casos por la carretera que las une, la R326-1 bajaremos hasta el puente sobre el Paiva donde dejaremos el coche de retorno. Volveremos hacia Alvarenga y en la calle que sale a la izquierda en el campo de fútbol nos metemos y aparcamos

Al llegar al Paiva saldremos a la izquierda sin sendero hasta el puente, pasamos por el arco pequeño y salimos a la carretera por el otro lado
