Tendremos que situarnos en Albondón al cual llegaremos desde Albuñol por la A345 Bcos en Albodón Una vez pasado Albuñol, justo a la salida, en la rotonda, giraremos a la izquierda por la A4131 hacia Órgiva y Sorvilán, recorreremos 2kms hasta el puente del Cantor y aparcaremos por aquí el coche de salida. Con el coche de acceso volveremos a la rotonda y ahora sí subiremos a Albondón, atravesamos el pueblo y a las afueras encontramos las instalaciones deportivas a la izquierda. Si tenemos un coche bajo o no queremos meternos por pista aparcaremos aquí. Si queremos continuar por pista, justo pasadas las instalaciones deportivas sale una pista a la izquierda, al lado de la torreta de la luz, nos metemos por ella y 150m después hay una bifurcación con tres pistas (a la izquierda acceso Madroñalejo), seguiremos de frente. Iremos dejando a los lados pequeñas pistas de acceso a fincas/casetas y continuaremos descendiendo por la pista principal justo por el cordal hasta llegar casi a la parte superior de nuestro barranco, aquí la pista gira al norte para bajar a la rambla de la Abuelita. Al llegar a abajo aparcaremos

We’ll need to head to Albodón, which we’ll reach from Albuñol via the A345 Parking in Albondón Once past Albuñol, right at the exit, at the roundabout, we’ll turn left onto the A4131 toward Órgiva and Sorvilán. We’ll drive 2 km to the Cantor Bridge and park the car we’ll use for the return trip there. With the access car, we’ll return to the roundabout and this time head up to Albondón. We’ll drive through the village, and on the outskirts, we’ll find the sports facilities on the left. If we have a low-clearance car or don’t want to drive on the dirt road, we’ll park here. If you want to continue on the trail, just past the sports facilities there is a trail on the left, next to the power tower; take it, and 150 meters later there is a fork with three trails (the left one leads to Madroñalejo); continue straight ahead. We’ll pass small access trails to farms and cabins on either side and continue descending along the main trail right along the ridge until we reach almost the top of our ravine; here, the trail turns north to descend to the Abuelita ravine. Seguiremos la rambla de la abuelita hasta la confluencia de barrancos en donde comienza Moral. Un poco más allá la represa a partir de la cual comienza realmente el barranco

Muy encajonado, con zonas realmente espectaculares por sus colores, las marcas del paso del agua,… Encontraremos el primer rápel obligado en la represa y a partir de aquí 14 rápeles (algunos de los cuales podremos evitar) y multitud de destrepes hasta llegar a la rambla del Valenciano
