There are 2 possible access routes:
1) "from the right": from the parking lot along the forest path "Welscher" (for a long time along the 1000m contour line) and at the first fork follow the path (past a wooden beam) straight ahead to the streambed. At the confluence (= exit), cross the Grieskarbach and follow the path orographic to the right for approx. 200m up to the entry point.
2) "from the left": from the parking lot, follow the forest path "hoher Stich" (always orographic left) until a path branches off down to the streambed at approx. 1240m, follow this to the entry point.
