Am Ende der Piste zur Kapelle linker Hand, dann rechts an der Kapelle hinunter bis man auf einen guten Pfad gelangt. Diesem nach links folgen, bis ein Pfad rechts abwärts führt. Dickes Seil vorhanden. Alternativ gibt es mittlerweile einen Klettersteig, dem man von unten folgen kann. Dieser endet am Einstieg, von hier könnte man dann über die Kapelle zum anderen Arm gehen und hat so noch etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Weg nach unten.

At the exit of the slope to the chapel on the left, then turn right down past the chapel until you reach a good path. Follow this to the left until a path on the right leads downhill. Thick ropes are available. Alternatively, there is now a via ferrata that you can follow from below. This exits at the entry point, from here you could then walk over the chapel to the other arm and thus have a little more variety on the way down.
