Wir kommen von Huesca und fahren auf der N-260 in Richtung Barbastro. Am Beginn einer langgezogenen Steigung queren wir den Rio Flumen. Von hier fahren wir 1,6 km bergauf und biegen dann ab auf die A-1227 ab in Richtung "Embalse de Vadiello". Wir fahren vorbei an Loporzano, unsere Straße nennt sich inzwischen HU-330, und kommen nach 16,5 km zum Ende der Straße am Stausee.
We come from Huesca and drive on the N-260 in the direction of Barbastro. At the beginning of a long slope we cross the Rio Flumen. From here we go uphill for 1.6 km and then turn off onto the A-1227 towards "Embalse de Vadiello". We pass Loporzano, our road is now called HU-330, and after 16.5 km we come to the exit of the road at the reservoir.

Vom Parkplatz geht es die alte Straße am See entlang, durch die Tunnels, bis rechts ein Weg abzweigt ("Nocito 14,3 km; Agüero 89,6 km"). Wir folgen diesem einige Meter bis zu einer Bucht mit Pappeln am Ufer. Von der Felsspitze dahinter geht die kürzeste Schwimmstrecke an das gegenüberliegende Ufer.
Dort angekommen gehen wir nach links (N) am Ufer entlang und steigen schließlich rechts aufwärts zu einer Scharte. Im Norden, hoch oben auf dem Berg, sehen wir einen einzelnen kleinen Baum. Das ist das Ziel, das wir nun ansteuern, indem wir uns die günstigste Aufstiegsroute über den breiten Konglomeratrücken suchen.
Am Baum angelangt, steigen wir noch einige Meter höher, damit wir problemlos links in die Rinne "unseres" Barrancos hineinqueren können.
From the parking lot we follow the old road along the lake, through the tunnels, until a path branches off to the right ("Nocito 14.3 km; Agüero 89.6 km"). We follow it for a few meters until we reach a cove with poplars on the shore. From the rocky point behind it, the shortest swim goes to the opposite shore.
Once there, we go left (N) along the shore and finally climb right up to an embrasure. To the north, high on the mountain, we see a single small tree. This is the target we now head for, looking for the most favorable ascent route over the wide conglomerate ridge.
Once at the tree, we climb a few meters higher so that we can easily cross left into the chute of "our" barranco.
