On the N-240 from Lleida or on the A-138 from France through debn tunnel from Bielsa via Ainsa to Barbastro. On the ring road around the city and continue on the N-240 towards Huesca. About 22 km after Barbastro we turn right on the A-1229. Via Abiego and Bierge (turn left after Abiego) we arrive at Rodellar (about 30 km from the turnoff from the N-240).

In Rodellar, follow the signs to Barranco Mascun. We come down to the stream, cross it and come to the spring on the right (orographic left) side. Continue northwards, passing the Bco Fornocal de Andrebot, where you climb up to the left towards Barrasil and Gorgas Negras and then, after a long stretch on the orographic left bank, you come to the point where the path crosses the stream to go up the other side towards Otin - La Costera path. We reach the plateau, may be able to see vultures perched on the rocky ledges above the canyon and look down into the abode of the wizards (Moorish Maskhun). With a bit of luck, the snow-covered peaks of the main Pyrenean ridge will loom on the horizon behind you. The path walks between stone walls at times and we come to 2 large oak trees. The path now descends and crosses a dry gully. Before and down this to the right we come to the entry of the Bco. Otin. Alternatively, we can also cross the chute and enter the "upper course", which can then be seen on the lower right.

12-14 rappels, first into the upper basin, then into a relatively open streambed, which gradually deepens. Several jumping possibilities. Further below, either stay in the chute or traverse out to the left and rappel over slab. Finally, the penultimate high rappel, airy and possibly in a stream. The last rappel can be bypassed on the left.
