Von Domodossola Süd fährt man auf der SS33 Hauptrichtung Milano. Dann bei der unübersichtlichen Ausfahrt Piedimulera/Vogagna/Pallenzeno abfahren. Beim 1. Kreisverkehr fährt man li Richtung Vogagna. Beim nächsten Kreisverkehr re Richtung Piedimulera und beim 3. Kreisverkehr gerade aus. Dann re halten, Richtung Macugnaga. Ab hier folgt man der Bergstraße bis kurz nach der Ortschaft Vanzone San Carlo. Hier kommt li eine große Ausweiche wo man das Auto parken kann. Folgt man der Straße ein paar Meter weiter kann man bei der Brücke/Kapelle den Schlußwasserfall/Wasserstand kontrollieren.

From Domodossola South take the SS33 main road towards Milano. Then take the Piedimulera/Vogagna/Pallenzeno exit. At the 1st traffic circle turn left towards Vogagna. At the next traffic circle turn right towards Piedimulera and at the 3rd traffic circle go straight on. Then keep right towards Macugnaga. From here follow the mountain road until just after the village of Vanzone San Carlo. Here on the left there is a large turnout where you can park your car. If you follow the road a few meters further, you can check the final waterfall/water level at the bridge/chapel.

Die Zustiegswege sind auf der Infotafel beim Ausstieg gut eingezeichnet. Vorsicht auf vielen Karten (auch OSM) sind Stand 2023 Wege schlecht bzw falsch eingezeichnet; die auf der Tafel passen gut und die Zustiege sind akutell auch gut beschildert. Zustieg oberer Teil: Dem Weg bzw den Tafeln folgen bis man die Häuser Alpe Briga erreicht (Brunnen zum Wasser auffüllen). Man folgt dem Weg wieder rein in den Wald; nach ein paar Minuten zweigt links ein Pfad ab. Meist ab hier mit blauen Punkten markiert. Alternative (früher) nach Alpe Briga sieht man einen großen auffälligen Baum mit großen Stein Beim Baum stehend sieht man Richtung Schlucht rechts unten am Wiesen/ Gebüschübergang wieder einen Stein. Hier beginnt ein Pfad. Beide Möglichkeiten sind mehr oder weniger gut sichtbar; auf jeden Fall muss man runter zur Wasserfassung. Dort ist der Beginn des sup Teils. Es gibt noch ein paar lohnende Abseiler weiter oben - ein passender Zustieg wird Stand 2025 von den Lokals erarbeitet. Zustieg sup ca 1h30 min Einstieg bei der Wasserableitung Zustieg interm ca 40 min (Tafeln folgen) Zustieg inf. ca 10 min (Tafeln folgen)

The access paths are well marked on the information board at the exit. Caution on many maps (including OSM) as of 2023 paths are poorly or incorrectly marked; those on the board fit well and the access routes are currently also well signposted. Access upper part: Follow the path or the signs until you reach the Alpe Briga houses (fountain to fill up with water). Follow the path back into the forest; after a few minutes a path branches off to the left. Mostly marked with blue dots from here. Alternatively (earlier) after Alpe Briga you will see a large conspicuous tree with a large stone Standing by the tree, you will see another stone towards the canyon on the lower right at the meadows/ bushes crossing. A path begins here. Both options are more or less visible; in any case you have to go down to the water catchment. This is the start of the superiore section. There are still a few worthwhile rappels further up - a suitable access will be worked out by the locals in 2025. Access superiore approx. 1h30 min Entry at the water drainage Access interm approx. 40 min (signs follow) Access inferiore approx. 10 min (signs follow)

Für den oberen Teil vom Damm links ca 1 min abklettern bis zum ersten Stand. Tolle mittlerweile gut sanierte Tour im oberen Teil. Beschreibung ab intermedio: Der Abstieg beginnt mit den Eintritt in eine relativ enge Rinne. Es folgen 11 Abseiler bis zum Ausstieg nach diesem sportlichen Teil (810m Höhe). Im unteren Abschnitt noch einmal 5 Abseiler in offenem Gelände. Vor der Straßenbrücke Ausstieg nach rechts (720m Höhe). Die Lasino ist ein offener Abseilcanyon mit meist wenig Wasser. Das sollte aber nicht heißen das die technischen Passagen, vor allem in der intermedio, unterschätzt werden sollen. Die Schlucht wurde sehr gut eingerichtet, es gibt genügend Klebe/Bohrhaken für den Seilgeländeraufbau, um an exponierte Standplätze zu gelangen. Am Einstieg der Intermedio angekommen geht es gleich los mit einer 30m Abseilstelle. Danach folgen schon die nächsten Abseiler. Die höchste Stelle (50m) trifft man in der Mitte der Lasino intermedio (den Stand erreicht man mittels abziehbaren Seilgeländer auf der li Seite).Nach der hohen Abseilstelle kommt eine kleine Stufe (ca. 10m), dann eine lustige Rutsche. Es folgt eine Kaskade mit 2x20m bevor ein riesiger Felsblock den Wegversperrt. Hier findet man einen kleinen Durchschlupf mit Bohrhaken, um die rutschige 3m zu überwinden. Danach wird die Schlucht offener und weniger technisch anspruchsvoll. Hier beginnt der untere Teil (Lasino inferiore). Es folgen mehrere Abseiler in schöne grün schimmernde Gumpen mit noch einer lässigen Rutsche gegen Ende. Nach der Rutsche kommt ein kleiner Abseiler, eine kurze Abkletter-/Gehpassage und der 30m Schlußabseiler (wegen Dornensträucher besser li im Wasser abseilen!) Die Tour endet vor der Steinbrücke/Straßenbrücke auf 730m.

For the upper part, downclimb from the dam on the left for about 1 minute to the first belaystation. Great tour in the upper part, which has now been well renovated. Description from intermedio: The descent begins with the entrance to a relatively narrow chute. This is followed by 11 rappels to the exit after this sporty part (810m altitude). In the lower part another 5 rappels in open terrain. Exit to the right before the road bridge (720m altitude). The Lasino is an open rappel canyon with mostly little water. However, this should not mean that the technical passages, especially in the intermedio, should be underestimated. The canyon is very well equipped and there are plenty of sticky/drill hooks for the rope railing to reach exposed belays. Once you arrive at the entry of the Intermedio, you immediately start with a 30m abseil. This is followed by the next rappel. The highest point (50m) is in the middle of the Lasino intermedio (the belay can be reached by pulling off the rope traverse on the left side), after the high abseil there is a small step (approx. 10m), then a fun slide. This is followed by a cascade of 2x20m before a huge boulder blocks the way. Here you will find a small slip-through with bolts to overcome the slippery 3m. After this, the canyon becomes more open and less technically demanding. This is where the lower section (Lasino inferiore) begins. This is followed by several rappels into beautiful shimmering green pools with another casual slide towards the exit. After the slide there is a small rappel, a short downclimb/walking passage and the 30m final rappel (due to thorn bushes it is better to rappel in the water!) The tour ends before the stone bridge/road bridge at 730m.

Die Tour endet direkt vor der Bundesstraße. Rechts dem Pfad nehmen (links führt zu Privatgrund) Wenn man will kann man auch weiter gehen ; es wurden ein paar Abseiler mehr eingebohrt das man bis zur nächsten Straße abseilen kann.

The tour ends just before the main road. Take the path on the right (left leads to private land). If you want you can also go further; there were a few rappel more drilled that you can rappel to the next road.
