From the A75, which runs south from Clermont-Ferrand through the Massif Central, about 25 km after crossing the large toll bridge at Millau, take exit 48 (L'HOSPITALET-DU-LARZAC CORNUS ALZON) east on the D7. 15 km further, at Sauclieres, turn left onto the D999 and head north to St Jean du Bruel. Continue on the D 341 to Treves (12 km) and from here through the Gorges de Trevezel on the D 157 to Abime de Bramabiau (another 19 km).

From the building selling tickets and souvenirs on a wide footpath towards the entrance to the commercial cave tour, after about 200 m turn left onto a small meadow path heading SSO down to the Bonheur stream. Following this, after about 50 m you reach the cave entrance portal.
