Von Castellane (am Verdon, an der Route Napoleon) auf der D 952 über La Palud-sur-Verdon nach Moustiers-Sainte-Marie (etwa 45 km).\nVon Moustiers-Sainte-Marie auf der D 952 weiter in Richtung Riez. Ungefähr 3 km nach der Ortschaft fahren wir durch 2 Haarnadelkurven und kommen etwa 1 km weiter auf eine Anhöhe. Hier biegen wir rechts ab in Richtung Montdernier. Die Straße führt auch zu einem Campingplatz und den Ruinen von Egaras.
4,4 km nach der Abzweigung biegen wir bei einem markanten Baum im Straßendreieck links ab auf eine Piste, fahren etwa 1 km leicht bergab, überqueren den Bach Colostre und fahren noch einmal 800 m in einem Linksbogen am Gegenhang hinauf. Wir erreichen einen Sattel und stellen hier das Auto ab.

Canyon sec présentant un bel encaissement avec des jolis petits rappels. Ne pas espérer le faire sans se mouiller les pieds et même plus ! Certaines vasques s'évitent. D'autres vasques non surtout dans la deuxième moitié, alors à moins d'être très habile, le plouf est garanti ! La piste pour accéder au parking est très cabossée, un 4x4 ou un SUV passera sans difficulté pour les autres véhicules c'est plus compliqué, préférer une grande marche d'approche pour ne pas abimer votre voiture.

Acces qui permet d'éviter la piste qui m'a paru bien limite en voiture de tourisme: se garer avant le Castillon à l'altitude 870 d'où une piste puis un chemin à flanc à droite rejoint le canyon un peu après sa sortie. Monter alors par le chemin RD (cf retour du topo) pour arriver à l'entrée. A la sortie, on connecte facilement avec le chemin pris à l'aller

all waterfalls work. Quite the experience to go to the starting point with our campervan. We came from the north, Saint-Jurs and that path is doable-ish for the first part but gets really tricky after the last switchback. I think its better to park in that switchback instead of pushing on. From the south i think its even a bigger challenge after you cross le colostre, i think most cars wont make it to the starting point from that side, but maybe you can park earlier than suggested.
