Wir parkten in der Nähe vom "Posto florestal do cascalho". Wir liefen alles nach der Buch-Beschreibung " the best canyoning in Portugal" und waren in 1h50 beim Bach. Hier kann man meist orogr links noch 30Min /900m laufen, bis man den 1. Abseiler erreicht. Für die Schlucht brauchten wir 2h30. Manchmal war es extrem rutschig. Rückweg auf der Levada so Rei und einen kleinen, steilen Weg hoch zum Auto (50Min.) Uns hat die Schlucht gefallen.

We parked near the "Posto florestal do cascalho". We walked everything according to the book description "the best canyoning in Portugal" and were at the stream in 1h50. Here you can usually walk orographic left for another 30min /900m until you reach the 1st rappel. We needed 2h30 for the canyon. Sometimes it was extremely slippery. Way back on the Levada so Rei and a small, steep path up to the car (50min.) We liked the canyon.
