Auf der B115 zwischen Hieflau und Eisenerz Richtung Radmer a.d. Hasel abzweigen. Diese Strasse etwa 5km folgen bis von links ein tief eingeschnittenes Tal einmündet. Vor der Brücke rechts Parkmöglichkeit für ca 3 Autos. Wichtig ist, nicht nach der Brücke parken, absolutes Parkverbot.

Take the B115 between Hieflau and Eisenerz in the direction of Radmer a.d. Hasel. Follow this road for about 5km until a deep valley opens up on the left. Vom Parkplatz kurz auf einer Forststrasse zu Sendemast, dann über gut ausgetretenen Jägersteig die linke Flanke empor. Nach einer unangenehmen Querung einer Hangrutschung recht exponierte Querung 100m über der Talsohle. Wo es nötig ist mit Drahtseilen versichert.Nach etwa 50 min trifft der Weg wieder auf den Bach. Nach 10 min Blockhüpferei steht man am Beginn der Engklamm und an der ersten Abseilstelle. Ab hier keine Notaustiegsmöglichkeit mehr. In der Klamm wechseln Abseilstellen bis 13m mit Geh/-Abkletterpassagen ab. Landschaftlich ist das ganze sehr eindrucksvoll, teilweise ist die Klamm so eng, daß kein Sonnenstrahl bis zum Grund kommt, bei passenden Wasserstand (bei der ersten Abseilstelle abschätzen) aber nicht allzu anspruchsvoll. Nur bei guten Wetter gehen. Durch das felsige Einzugsgebiet sind Veränderungen durch Geschiebe möglich.
