Von Innsbruck her ins Stubaital, nach Neustift weiter bis Gasteig, kurz danach direkt beim Bach Strasse hoch zum Parkplatz

From Innsbruck to the Stubai Valley, on to Neustift, then on to Gasteig; shortly after that, right by the stream, take the road up to the parking lot

Vom Parkplatz Richtung Gasteig zurück, Am oberen Ortsrand entlang bis zum Abzweig rechts hoch zur Mischbach Alm. Wo der Weg den Bach kreuzt in den Bach einsteigen

From the parking lot, head back toward Gasteig. Follow the path along the upper edge of town until you reach the fork; take the trail to the right up to the Mischbach Alm. Where the trail crosses the stream, enter the stream.

Zuerst Bachbett mit Geröll bis zu Fassung und Zufluss. Dort ist der erste Haken gebohrt. Abseiler 12m. Dann viele Abkletterstellen. und wenige kleine Abseiler. Vor dem Abbruch 20m trocken abseilen. Dann 45m zum ersten Zwischenstand im Wasser links, weitere 30m im Wasser zum nächsten Zwischenstand links. Dann 85m im Wasser bis unten. Danach noch 4 Abseiler, meist im Wasser bis 20m.

First, a streambed with boulders leading up to the intake and tributary. The first anchor is drilled there. 12-meter rappel. Then many downclimbs, and a few short rappels. Before the cliff face ends, rappel 20 meters on dry rock. Then 45 meters to the first belay station in the water on the left, followed by another 30 meters in the water to the next belay station on the left. Then 85 meters in the water to the bottom. After that, there are 4 more rappels, mostly in the water, up to 20 meters.

The water intake at the entry was under construction during the first ascent; there is always plenty of water, and there are glaciers in the watershed.
