Am Ende des Gigerwald Stausee parkieren (Strasse jeweils befahrbahr ab dem Staudamm zwischen volle Uhrzeit und 20 nach.

Dem Wanderweg zur Schräawislihütte folgen. Wenn man den Glasbach quert, direkt da einsteigen. Alternativ ist der Bach auch bis 2040m hoch eingebohrt, um daraus eine Tagestour zu machen, aber die oberen Abschnitte sind weniger spannend.

Von 1660m weg kommen 2-3 kleinere Abseiler und eine technische Abkletterstelle zum start von dem 55er. Der Stand ist gut eingerichtet und hat Platz (orographisch rechts). Nach der grossen Stufe kommt der kurze Einschnitt von Glasbach mit ein paar 10m bis 20m Abseilern. Leider ist es schon recht schnell vorbei.

Wieder zum Tüfwald wo man auf dem Weg hoch schon vorbei ist. Parlitobel eignet sich sehr gut nach Glasbach noch dranzuhängen, denn man spart sich einige Höhenmeter wenn man schon von oben kommt.

Did it after Panäratöbel because most other canyons had too much water (50mm rain 3-4 days before / snowing above 1300m). 12h45 approach, 14u15 start, 16h down. ~80l/s by about 9°C. We continued hiking up a bit after the first crossing to get in higher, but that was useless. It is mostly rubble almost until the end, but then suddenly a really cool vertical appears with a geyser. All anchors ok.
