From Huesca 7km on the N 240 in the direction of Lleida, Barbastro; here turn left, past Loporzano and over Barluenga, partly on newly developed road in the direction of San Julian de Banzo. At the first houses, the road curves to the right and returns to its pre-expansion state. A little later it crosses the valley floor in a sharp left turn. About 20 m after the bend, follow the signs 'Val d'Onsera' - 'Hermitage ...' on dirt roads northward again to the designated parking area.

From the parking lot follow the signpost to the Val d'Onsera. We reach the streambed, but soon abandoned again in a northeasterly direction. At forks in the path we stay left, make a small climb with rope belay (alternatively at fork right) and arrive at a wide yoke that opens the view to the upper Val d'Onsera, but also to many vultures.
