Von der Autobahn A 13 in Richtung Chur auf der Höhe von Sargans auf die A 3 in Richtung Zürich abbiegen. Vorbei am Walenseefahren wir bis zum südöstlichen Ausläufer des Zürichsees und erreichen 51,7 km nach Sargans die Ausfahrt Lachen (Nr. 41). Hier von der A 3 ab und in zuerst Richtung OSO nach Siebnen und von dort in südlicher Richtung über den den Sattelegg-Pass (1190 m ü.NN) an den Sihlsee. Am Ostufer südwärts bis Euthal. Hier ab in (östlicher) Richtung Lattbach ins Obereuthal. Bei der "Besenbeiz" Auto abstellen.
From the A 13 freeway in the direction of Chur, at the height of Sargans, turn onto the A 3 in the direction of Zurich. Drive past Lake Walen to the southeastern foothills of Lake Zurich and 51.7 km after Sargans you will reach the Lachen exit (No. 41). Here we leave the A 3 and drive in first direction OSO to Siebnen and from there in southern direction over the Sattelegg mountain pass (1190 m above sea level) to the Sihlsee. Weiter auf dem nunmehr für Kraftverkehr gesperrten Sträßchen, bis nach ca. 500 m re. eine Brücke über den Chrummfluebach führt. Jenseits führt der Weg bergauf am orograf. li. Hang des Chrummfluebachs, der hier den Chilentobel durchquert. Nach ca. 45 Min. (ab Besenbeiz) erreicht man eine stählerne Fußgängerbrücke an einer Geschiebebremse. Hier seilt man in den Bach hinab.
Continue on the little road, which is now closed to motor traffic, until after approx. 500 m on the right a bridge leads over the Chrummfluebach. Beyond, the path leads uphill on the orographic left slope of the Chrummfluebach, which crosses the Chilentobel here. After about 45 minutes (from Besenbeiz) you reach a steel footbridge at a slide brake. Here you rope down into the brook.

Im ersten Abschnitt ziemlich offene Schlucht; nach Eintritt in den attraktiven engen Abschnitt kann praktisch immer gesprungen bzw. gerutscht werden. Es ist jedoch z.T. unumgänglich, dass der Erste sich abseilt und feststellt, wohin gesprungen werden muss (!). Auch für Anfänger geeignet.
In the first part quite open canyon; after entering the attractive narrow part can practically always jump or slide. However, it is sometimes inevitable that the first rappel and determine where to jump (!). Also suitable for beginners.

Nach der Tour empfehle ich die panierten "Plätzli" (in Deutsch: Schnitzel) in der Besenbeiz (ich bekomme keine Provision !).
