Von Chur fahren wir über Trins-Mulins nach Flims. Dort nehmen wir ziemlich am Ortsbeginn die Straße rechts hinauf Richtung Fidaz und Bargis. Nachdem wir Fidaz passiert haben, kommen wir zu einem großen Parkplatz, wo wir unser Auto abstellen (1245m Höhe).Weiter hinauf nach Bargis geht es entweder mit dem Bus, mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß (etwa 1 Std.).

From Chur we drive via Trins-Mulins to Flims. At the beginning of the village we take the road on the right up towards Fidaz and Bargis. After passing Fidaz, we come to a large parking lot where we park our car (1245 m altitude) and continue up to Bargis either by bus, by bike or on foot (about 1 hour).

In Bargis angekommen (1550m Höhe) folgen wir der Straße noch über die Turnigla-Brücke und nehmen danach den Feldweg rechts hinauf. Auf 1870m Höhe quert der Weg auf die westliche Bachseite (Einstieg in den unteren Abschnitt) und zieht dort aufwärts bis auf 2000m Höhe. Hier führt der Weg wieder auf die östliche Bachseite (Einstieg mittlerer Abschnitt) zu einer Alpe. Zum Einstieg in den oberen Abschnitt geht es am orograf. linken Hang des Turnigla weiter bergauf. Spätestens auf 2130m Höhe (evtl. auch schon weiter unten) steigen wir dann in den oberen Abschnitt ein.

Once in Bargis (1550m altitude), we follow the road over the Turnigla bridge and then take the dirt road up to the right. At an altitude of 1870m, the trail crosses to the western side of the stream (entry to the lower parts) and climbs up to an altitude of 2000m. Here the path leads back to the eastern side of the stream (entry to the middle part) to an alpine pasture. For entry to the upper part, continue uphill on the orographic left slope of the Turnigla. At an altitude of 2130m at the latest (possibly even further down) we then enter the upper part.

Kleine Abseiler und Abklettern in einer nicht sehr tief eingeschnittenen Schlucht. Im dritten Abschnitt kerbt sich der Bach dann tiefer ein und wir treffen auf Passagen, wo die Schlucht kurzzeitig "gedeckelt" ist. Wo die Einschluchtung endet, steigen wir oberhalb eines Steges nach rechts aus.

Small rappels and downclimbs in a canyon that is not very deep. In the third part, the stream then notches deeper and we come across parts where the canyon is briefly "capped". Where the gorge exits, we climb out to the right above a path.

Wir folgen den Spuren abwärts und kommen schnell nach Bargis.

We follow the tracks downhill and quickly reach Bargis.
