From Grasse (on the N 85) head north-east (Chateauneuf-Grasse) on the D 2085 and after 6 km turn left onto the D 2210. You will reach Pont du Loup after 6.5 km. Park one vehicle in the parking lot on the left before the bridge. Take the other vehicle over the bridge and then turn left onto the D 6 towards Greolières. After 3 km, drive through a tunnel; immediately afterwards, park the other vehicle on the left.

About 250 m further up the road we come to the cascade of Bes-Courmes. From the road here turn right into the water and then left with two rappel (10 and 4 m) under the bridge down to the Loup.

After the second 4 m slide, the water plunges down a rapid into a narrowing (key section). There is danger here even with normal water flow, so you should bypass it on the left (then right over the bridge and left - if necessary with a jump - to get back in).

Either at the first iron bridge or getting off at the level of the second iron bridge, you will reach the parking lot at Pont du Loup after about 600 m or 500 m respectively.

En tant qu'adulte ça passe dans l'actif mais je n'ai pas testé partout. Nous avons démarré le canyon sous la route entre les 2 tunnels au niveau de la cascade de Courmes, comme font les guides actuellement. C'était la partie la plus amusante de la descente, prévoir une corde d'environ 35m pour la cascade sous la route. On s'est garé a "pont du loup" sur le parking situé vers la confiserie, 25 mn de marche après la sortie du loup sur un chemin situé en rive droite.
