Follow the trail ("Sentier Amen") that goes up the slope in a southerly direction, passing the entry to Vallon de Tireboeuf. On panoramic paths you go up above the canyon of Daluis, passing the hamlet of Bancheron. Die Alternative ist ein Zustieg vom Parkplatz des ersten Fahrzeugs hinunter zum Var und jenseits den Schutthang hinauf zum Sattel, um nur den attraktiven Schlussteil - cascades finales - zu begehen. Zu diesem Sattel kann man auch bei Begehung des gesamten Canyons vor dem Schlussteil aussteigen (Hinweistafel).\nBei Gewitter droht Gefahr durch schnell anschwellendes Wasser.\nWegen der allfälligen Querung des Var auch dessen Wasserstand prüfen, wenn nicht ein Durchschwimmen des unteren Schluchtteiles gewollt ist.\nDas rote Gestein ist im Wasserbereich sehr glatt. Der Sifon in der Engstelle am Ende der Schlucht kann durch Überklettern vermieden, aber auch problemlos durchtaucht werden.
