Wie beim Roudoule aval: Von Nizza dem Var entlang aufwärts. In Puget-Theniers rechts abbiegen und auf der D 16 nordwärts Richtung Le Croix sur Roudoule fahren. Die Abzweigung nach Puget-Rostang rechts liegen lassen und weiter hinauf, bis die Straße deutlich übers Bachniveau ansteigt und eine alte Steinbrücke neben/unter einer neuen Hängebrücke auftaucht. Hier im markierten Parkplatzbereich inmitten der Straße parken. Von einer Umsetzung wird wegen eines ungehaltenen Anliegers im Einstiegsbereich abgeraten.

As for the Roudoule aval: From Nice up along the Var. In Puget-Theniers, turn right and head north on the D 16 towards Le Croix sur Roudoule. Leave the junction to Puget-Rostang on the right and continue uphill until the road rises well above the level of the stream and an old stone bridge appears next to/under a new suspension bridge. Park here in the marked parking area in the middle of the road. It is not advisable to move because of a disgruntled resident in the entrance area.

Vom Parkplatz folgen wir der D16 weiter über der Roudoule-Schlucht entlang. Nach 450m quert die Straße "unseren" Bach und wir können einen Blick in die Schlucht werfen. Nach weiteren 300m biegen wir von der D16 in spitzem Winkel rechts ab auf die D416, die hinauf nach Croix-sur-Roudoule führt. Auf ihr kommen wir nach weiteren 450m zur Brücke über den Ravin du Croc (Einstieg).

From the parking lot, we continue along the D16 above the Roudoule canyon. After 450m, the road crosses "our" stream and we can take a look into the canyon. After another 300m, we turn off the D16 at an acute angle to the right onto the D416, which leads up to Croix-sur-Roudoule. After another 450m, we reach the bridge over the Ravin du Croc (entry).

Zunächst Bachwanderung, dann Einschluchtung mit abwechslungsreichem und attraktivem Abstieg. 2 Abseiler ,bis wir unter der Straßenbrücke stehen, 3 weitere Abseiler, bis wir die Roudoule erreichen. Vor dem letzten Abseiler in den Roudoule bestehteine Ausstiegsmöglichkeit nach links hinauf zur Straße. Der Abstieg geht dann zwangsläufig weiter in der Roudoule (siehe dort).

First a river walk, then a gorge with a varied and attractive descent. 2 rappels until we are under the road bridge, 3 more rappels until we reach the Roudoule. Before the last rappel into the Roudoule, there is an exit option to the left up to the road. The descent then inevitably continues in the Roudoule (see there).

Am Ende des Abstiegs in der Roudoule unmittelbar nach der steinernen Bogenbrücke die Stufen links hinauf und weiter zum Parkplatz

At the exit of the descent in the Roudoule, immediately after the stone arch bridge, take the steps on the left and continue to the parking lot
