Durch die Ortschaft Mezzolpiano bis zum Wanderparkplatz Val Codera (7€ für 1 Tag oder 1€/h)

Through the village of Mezzolpiano to the Val Codera trail parking lot (7€ for 1 day or 1€/h)

Vom Parkplatz beginnt der Wanderweg ins Val Codera zwischen den Häusern durch, also nicht der Schotterstraße entlang. Durch Codera durch, nach einem Brunnen den Wanderweg rechts hinunter nehmen. Kurz vor der Brücke auf der orogr. rechten Bachseite ca. 100m durch den Wald zurück, dann von einem Baum in die Schlucht über eine Schräge abseilen.

From the parking lot, the hiking trail into Val Codera begins between the houses, i.e. not along the gravel road. Go through Codera, after a fountain take the hiking trail down to the right. Shortly before the bridge on the orographic right side of the stream, walk back through the forest for approx. 100m, then rappel from a tree into the canyon over a slope.

Der Anfangsteil unter der Brücke ist spektakulär eingeschnitten. Einige Abseiler folgen. Teilweise ist man direkt im Wasserstrahl. Es folgt ein linker Zufluss, der die Wassermenge fast verdoppelt. Dann kommt eine lange Gehstrecke, bevor es mit dem zweiten Teil weitergeht. Danach wieder eine lange Blockkletterei, bevor man rechts bei einem Rohr aussteigen kann.

The initial section under the bridge is spectacularly incised. A few rappels follow. At times you are directly in the water jet. This is followed by a left-hand tributary that almost doubles the volume of water. Then comes a long walking passages before continuing with the second part. Then another long block climb before you can get off at a pipe on the right.

Der Bach wird nochmal gekreuzt, damit man unter der Staumauer bei den Badestellen oberhalb des Parkplatzes rauskommt.

The stream is crossed again so that you can get out under the dam wall at the bathing spots above the parking lot.
