Debemos situarnos en Gósol, para ellos entre Berga y Puigcerdà, justo antes de llegar a Guardiola de Bergueda, tras salir del túnel tenemos el desvío a la izquierda por la B400 a Saldes y Vallcebre. Seguiremos la carreterá, que pasará a ser la C563 hasta el pueblo. También podemos ir desde La Seu d'Urgell por la C642, que la cogeremos al lado del parque de bomberos, para ir a Tuixent y desde allí la C563 a Gósol. Una tercera opción sería desde Sant Llorenç de Morunys a Tuixent. En todos los casos, una vez en Gósol, rodeamos la montaña del castillo buscando la pista dirección El Vert y Torrent Senta. Por la pista, dejaremos un primer desvío a la izquierda y en el siguiente nos metemos a la izquierda hacia la fuente de Senta, en donde aparcaremos el coche de retorno. Volveremos a la pista y comenzaremos a remontar el valle, dejaremos a la derecha la Ermita de Santa Margarida y al poco un desvío a la derecha, nosotros seguiremos rectos para cruzar un primer torrente seco, Reguerons, un poco después un segundo torrente, y el tercero es el de Jaça. Buscaremos donde aparcar.

Empezamos por el torrent de la Jaça, una primera parte vestida y luego de destrepes para llegar a la zona de rápeles, muchos de ellos destrepables, sobretodo si la roca está seca. Tras esto llegaremos al Torrent Senta o Forca por donde deberemos andar un buen rato para llegar a la zona de rápeles
