Wir folgen dem in der besagten Linkskurve nach Westen abgehenden Sträßchen und kommen bei der ersten Verzweigung links haltend über 2 Serpentinen hinauf zum Friedhof, der - vom Parkplatz schon sichtbar - auf der Höhe westlich der Ortschaft Paüls liegt. Am Friedhof(380 m ü.NN) rechts vorbei geht es auf einer Piste mit hellblauen Markierungspunkten etwa 800 m in westlicher Richtung. Man verlässt nun die Piste mit den blauen Markierungspunkten auf einem Weg nach rechts und wandert etwas hinunter zu dem Weiler Mas de Les Glories (Es wäre zu erkunden, ob nicht vom Parkplatz das Sträßchen und die geradeaus weiterführende Piste auch und dann ohne Umweg zu diesem Weiler führen). Nun folgen wir dem Pfad "GR 7-1" - Cami de Montsagre - , der über den Bach hinauf zieht auf das Geröllfeld unter der breit darüber aufragenden Felswand. Spätestens hier stoßen wir auf rot-weiße Markierungsstreifen. Der Pfad führt nun nordwärts und quert in einem breiten Kar den l'Escudellera (hier ist der Verf. irrig eingestiegen, weil die Beschreibung im Buch von Gomez - wie üblich - nicht präzise ist). Richtig muss es weiter auf dem Pfad aufwärts gehen, bis dieser etwa 630m üNN den Bco. de Les Fonts quert . Hier ist der Einstieg.
Die Internetbeschreibung FEEC legt den Einstieg bei 850m üNN fest; dann ist die Schlucht auch doppelt so lang.
We follow the little road that heads west at the aforementioned left-hand bend and, keeping to the left at the first fork in the road, take 2 hairpin bends up to the cemetery, which - already visible from the parking lot - is located on the hill west of the village of Paüls. Pass the cemetery (380 m above sea level) on the right and head west for about 800 m on a slope with light blue markings. Now leave the track with the blue markers on a path to the right and hike down a little to the hamlet of Mas de Les Glories (it would be worth exploring whether the small road and the track continuing straight on from the parking lot also lead to this hamlet without a detour). Now follow the "GR 7-1" path - Cami de Montsagre - which leads over the stream up to the boulder field under the broad rock face towering above. Here, at the latest, we come across red and white markings. Aufgrund der unzulänglichen Beschreibungen im Buch von Gómez stieg der Verf. zu weit unten ein und kam erst bei der 'affluente derecha' in den Fonts selber. Deshalb kann der obere Teil nicht aus eigener Erfahrung beurteilt werden. Am unteren Teil werden vorwiegend Sammler Gefallen finden.

Nach dem 17-m-Abseiler unter dem Klemmblock geht es nach ca. 100 m bei einer verfallenen Hütte rechts unter er Felswand hinaus. Ein Pfad führt zuerst fast eben, dann hinunter durch einen umzäunten Olivenhain. Man quert den von rechts kommenden Bach und steuert dem Talausgang und dem geparkten Auto zu. Wenn man an einem Wendeplatz mit großen Abfalltonnen vorbeikommt, ist man richtig.
