Ins Lauterbrunnental bis nach Stechelberg und dort an der Talstation der Bergbahn parkieren. Man kann die Gondel nach Gimmelwald oder nach Mürren nehmen um sich Höhenmeter zu sparen.

Drive into the Lauterbrunnen Valley as far as Stechelberg and park there at the valley station of the mountain railway. You can take the gondola to Gimmelwald or Mürren to save yourself some elevation gain.

Alles auf den Wanderwegen, bis zur Brücke hin die den Bach kreuzt.

Stay on the hiking trails all the way to the bridge that crosses the stream.

Die ersten 7 Abseilen sind noch nicht so bedrückend, aber sobald man beim 70er ankommt, ist es eine gewaltige Schlucht. Bei dem kann man rechts in die Nische gehen um aus dem Wasser raus, oder vorne an die Nase hin, um den luftigen Stand zu nehmen der direkt wieder ins Wasser führt. Nach dem engen Spalt teilt sich der Bach auf. Da empfiehlt es sich den Arm zu nehmen der gerade Wasser führt, was sich von Hochwasser zu Hochwasser verändern kann. Am Ende kommen die zwei Stränge wieder zusammen und es folgen weitere schöne Abseilen.

The first 7 rappels aren’t too daunting, but once you reach the 70-meter one, it’s a massive canyon. There, you can go right into the niche to get out of the water, or head straight to the ledge up ahead to take the exposed belay station that leads right back into the water. After the narrow gap, the stream splits. It’s best to take the branch that has water flowing through it, which can change from one high-water period to the next. At the end, the two branches come together again, and more beautiful rappels follow.

Runter bis zur Brücke am alten Sägewerk. Von da dem Wanderweg runter ins Tal nach Stechelberg. Falls Sefi-Lütschine machbar ist, kann man den auch noch mitnehmen (Kraftwerk anrufen !)

Head down to the bridge at the old sawmill. From there, take the hiking trail down into the valley toward Stechelberg. If the Sefi-Lütschine route is feasible, you can include that as well (call the power plant!).
