The Vânătările Ponorului Canyon is located at the southwestern edge of the Bedeleu Massif in the Trascău Mountains and is formed by the Poienii Valley. It features a total of 5 abseils, in a meandering and narrow limestone relief (in the first 3 waterfalls), after which it widens and continues its descent into a broad, more open riverbed.
Die Vânătările Ponorului-Schlucht befindet sich am südwestlichen Rand des Bedeleu-Massivs im Trascău-Gebirge und wird vom Poienii-Tal gebildet. Sie bietet insgesamt 5 Abseilstellen in einem mäandrierenden und engen Kalksteinrelief (in den ersten 3 Wasserfällen), danach wird sie breiter und setzt ihren Abstieg in ein breites, offeneres Flussbett fort.
