Bei Wasserdurchsatz sehr attraktiver Abseilcanyon
Anfahrt:
Von Nizza auf der N 202 nach Norden in Richtung Digne; nach 20 km rechts ab in das Tal der Vesubie in Richtung Lantosque, Roquebillière. Nach ca. 14 km auf der D 2565 erreicht man Suquet mit Campingplatz und Hotel. Unmittelbar danach geht es links ab (D 373), wenig später rechts ab in Richtung Pelasque. Man passiert den Weiler Farguet. Kurz vor Erreichen von Pelasque geht es bei einem Brunnen links weg und man kommt am Ende der Straße zum Hotel Auda (2025 nicht bewirtschaftet). Hier wird man zum Schattenparker.
Zustieg (1 h 30):
Weiter auf der Straße, die nicht mehr geteert ist bis zu der Markierung "143", wo links hinab ein Pfad abzweigt, dem wir folgen. Wir marschieren - zumindest zeitweise - an einer ausgetrockneten Wasserleitung entlang, kreuzen einen Bach und kommen schließlich zur Brücke über den Figaret. Hier werden wir später aussteigen.
Nun geht es kräftig bergauf, vorbei an den Ruinen einer Bergerie, bis wir die Bergschulter auf Höhe 1030 m ü.NN erreichen. Wir verlassen hier den nach rechts weiterziehenden Weg und steigen jenseits hinunter zum Bachbett des Bagnolar. Am Gegenhang sieht man ein Haus des Weilers Les Barmes.
Tour (4 h):
Beginn in einem kleinen Waldgraben, mit der sukzessiven Eintiefung werden auch die Abseiler höher. Einige Sprünge möglich.
Der Bagnolar ist ein attraktiver Canyon, allerdings nur wenn Wasser durch die Schlucht fließt. Oft findet man schon im Mai im unteren Teil nur noch stehendes Wasser in den Gumpen. Im Hochsommer sollte hier eine Nasenklammer zur Ausrüstung gehören.
Bei guten Verhältnissen gehört der Bagnolar aber zu den besten Schluchten im Gebiet. Eng, herrlich ausgewaschen und mit formschönen Abseilern und lustigen Sprüngen und Rutschen.
Man hat die Möglichkeit bei etwa der Hälfte des Canyons links zum Aufstiegsweg auszusteigen.
Die Begehung des attraktiven Figaret abwärts ist - leider - verboten.
Rückweg (30 min):
Nach Erreichen des Figaret in diesem Bach aufwärts bis knapp vor der Brücke ein Hozschild nach rechts den Ausgangssteig anzeigt (ca. 5 Min.). Kurz aufwärts zum Zustiegssteig und dann auf dem Anmarschweg zurück zum Auto (weitere 25 Min.).

Marche d’approche facile à trouver mais bien touffue ! Plein de têtards surtout à l’entrée du canyon et à la fin. Ça demande pas mal de précaution pour pas trop les gêner. Équipement RAS. Un peu d’eau au départ, plus ensuite. Les vasques sont encore claires mais ça commence à verdir. Rien en décomposition et on est content ! Beaucoup de marche au départ avant le premier encaissement. De manière générale, on a trouvé le canyon surnoté. Il doit être très beau en eau, mais comparativement à d’autres … mais bon très chouettes journée quand même ! On est parties avec 2x50m. Une seule 50 à permis de descendre la plus grande cascade (longueur de corde vérifiée il y a trois semaines).

Gigantesque et magique Une belle et grande marche d'approche (raide en deuxieme partie) nous emmène dans un canyon aux allures de forêt enchantée. Le canyon ne présente pas de difficulté particulière et il y en a pour tous les goûts : de la marche en rivière, des sauts, des toboggans, des rappels, des désescalades, de la verticalité, de la nage dans des vasques et des parties encaissées à couper le souffle.
