The best place to park is at the parking lot near the stream (46°05'38.6"N 10°25'48.4"E), just before Fabrezza coming from Saviore. Alternatively, it is possible to park where the access road to Alpe Maè begins (46°05'27.1"N 10°25'17"E), or use a shuttle between the two parking spots (1 km).

Am besten parkt man auf dem Parkplatz am Bach (46°05'38.6 "N 10°25'48.4 "E), kurz vor Fabrezza, von Saviore kommend. Alternativ kann man auch dort parken, wo die Zufahrtsstraße zur Alpe Maè beginnt (46°05'27.1 "N 10°25'17 "E), oder einen Shuttle zwischen den beiden Parkplätzen benutzen (1 km).

From the parking lot near the stream, go back along the paved road for about 1 km. Just before crossing the Valle di Os, a dirt road branches off to the right leading to Alpe Maè. At the alpe, keep to the right and enter the forest, ascending straight on trail traces until reaching a grassy area and then a flat trail. Follow the trail to the right, crossing several small valleys. At a fork near a charcoal kiln, take the lower trace, which will soon lead to the pine forest felled by Storm Vaia in 2018. Armed with a saw and patience, find a way through the maze of logs, continuing on flat ground until reaching the stream. Once in the streambed, follow the stream until the first rappel, equipped with a ring on the right (46°05'49.6"N 10°25'49.1"E). About 1 h 30 min for 300 m ascent.

Vom Parkplatz in der Nähe des Baches geht man etwa 1 km auf der asphaltierten Straße zurück. Kurz vor der Überquerung des Os-Tals zweigt rechts ein Feldweg ab, der zur Alpe Maè führt. An der Alpe hält man sich rechts und geht in den Wald hinein. Man steigt geradeaus auf Wegspuren auf, bis man eine Grasfläche und dann einen ebenen Weg erreicht. Man folgt dem Weg nach rechts und durchquert dabei mehrere kleine Täler. An einer Weggabelung in der Nähe eines Holzkohleofens nehmen wir den unteren Weg, der uns bald zu einem Kiefernwald führt, der 2018 vom Sturm Vaia abgeholzt wurde. Mit einer Säge und viel Geduld bahnen Sie sich einen Weg durch das Labyrinth aus Baumstämmen und gehen auf ebenem Gelände weiter, bis Sie den Bach erreichen. Im Bachbett angekommen, folgen Sie dem Bach bis zur ersten Abseilstelle, die mit einem Ring auf der rechten Seite ausgestattet ist (46°05'49.6 "N 10°25'49.1 "E). Etwa 1 h 30 min für 300 m Aufstieg.
