Von der A 24 (Rom - Aquila/Pescara) über die Ausfahrt Carsoli auf die SP 34 und auf dieser nordwärts bis zum Parkplatz für das untere Auto (P2) in unmittelbarer Nähe des Ausstiegs (siehe Fotogalerie).\nMit dem zweiten Auto über Collalto Sabino zum Einstiegsparkplatz (P1) - siehe Fotogalerie.
From the A 24 (Rome - Aquila/Pescara) take the Carsoli exit onto the SP 34 and follow it northwards until you reach the parking area for the lower car (P2) very close to the exit (see photo gallery).\nTake the second car via Collalto Sabino to the parking entry (P1) - see photo gallery.

Zunächst auf der Piste weiter bis zu der Ruine der Mühle “Mola tra le Vene”. Insgesamt etwa 45 Min. abwechseld am rechten und linken Ufer bach. Am Ende des Pfads dann einsteigen (E).
First continue on the dirt road to the ruins of the mill "Mola tra le Vene". In total about 45 min. alternating along the right and left banks of the stream. Then at the exit of the path get in (E).
