Von Nuoro nicht direkt auf die alte SP 389 (südwestwärts), sondern der entsprechenden Beschilderung ('Lanusei') folgend zuerst auf die Südumfahrung von Nuoro, auf dieser 5 km westwärts, um dann auf die neue Straße nach Lanusei zu wechseln. Nach 53 km (ab Verlassen der Umgehungsstraße) kommt man an dem linkerhand etwas abseits liegenden Dorf Villanova Strisáili vorbei. Auf der von da an schmaleren und kurvenreichen Straße noch 6 km weiter. Dann geht es rechts ab von der SP 389, auf einer Brücke über den Fluss und über ein Bahngleis. Links liegt die Stazione Villagrande. Dann geht es erneut über das Bahngleis, wenig später nimmt man die rechts (nach Norden) abzweigende Straße. Sie führt am Stausee entlang. 9,8 km nach Verlassen der SP 389 nimmt man erneut die rechts abzweigende Straße (Stein mit Lageplan, Schautafel). 4,4 km weiter kommen wir zum zweiten Mal über eine Brücke. Wir nehmen die nach rechts abzweigende kleine Straße. Nach etwa 200 m führt sie über einen Bach, wo wir das untere Fahrzeug (wenn zwei verfügbar) stehen lassen. Mit dem anderen geht es bergauf. Nach einer Rechts- und einer Links-Serpentine biegt rechts eine Piste ab. Hier das Fahrzeug parken (wenn nicht geländetauglich).

From Nuoro, do not go directly on the old SP 389 (southwestward), but follow the appropriate signs ('Lanusei') first on the southern bypass of Nuoro, on this 5 km westward, to then change to the new road to Lanusei. After 53 km (from leaving the bypass) you pass the village of Villanova Strisáili, slightly off to the left. Continue on the road, which is narrower and more winding from then on, for another 6 km. Then turn right off the SP 389, on a bridge over the river and over a railroad track. On the left is the Stazione Villagrande. Then you cross the railroad track again, a little later you take the road that branches off to the right (north). 9.8 km after leaving the SP 389, take the road that branches off to the right again (stone with map, display board). 4.4 km further on we cross a bridge for the second time. We take the small road that branches off to the right. After about 200 m it crosses a stream, where we leave the lower vehicle (if two are available). With the other one we go uphill. After a right and a left serpentine, a dirt road turns off to the right. Park the vehicle here (if not off-road).

Auf der Piste geht es in nördlicher Richtung zuerst etwas bergauf, dann eben zu einen Bergrücken, auf dem rechts etwas abseits eine Bergerie liegt. Jenseits halblinks hinunter zum Bach.

On the slope it goes in a northerly direction first a little uphill, then level to a ridge, on which a Bergerie is a little off to the right. Beyond half-left down to the stream.

Narz kurzem Anmarsch im Bachbett folgen 4 Abseiler hinunter zum Riu Pirincanas.

After a short approach in the streambed, 4 rappels follow down to Riu Pirincanas.

Wenige Meter nach dem letzten Abseiler erreichen wir den Riu Pirincanas. Sofern wir wieder zum oben geparkten Auto hinauf müssen, können wir einen Pfad nehmen der in dem markanten Linksbogen des Flusses, nach dem Felsriegel und dem kleinen Felsentor (vgl.letztes Foto!), rechts zur Bergerie hinaufzieht. Entweder dann bis zur Bergerie und auf der Anmarschpiste zurück oder - vorbei an einem Quelltrog - weglos direkt links hinauf zu dieser Piste.\n\nHaben wir ein zweites Auto bei der Brücke abgestellt, laufen wir im Fluss hinaus und dann wenige Meter rechts hinauf zur Brücke.

A few meters after the last rappel we reach the Riu Pirincanas. If we have to go back up to the car parked above, we can take a path that goes up to the right in the striking left curve of the river, after the rock bar and the small rock gate (see last photo!), to the Bergerie. Either up to the Bergerie and back on the approach track or - past a spring trough - without a trail directly left up to this track.\n\nIf we have parked a second car at the bridge, we walk out in the river and then a few meters right up to the bridge.
