Von Sagone an der Ostküste auf der D 70 nach Vico (Vicu). Nach Durchfahren der Ortschaft bei der Straßengabelung links auf die D 156. Wenige hundert Meter nach Durchfahren des Weilers Chigliani kommt man zur Brücke üder den Catena (auch unterhalb der Brücke schöner Wasserfall), wo man das erste Fahrzeug abstellt.Mit dem zweiten geht es weiter, vorbei an der Ortschaft Letia, in einigen Serpentinen Höhe gewinnend und zurück zum Catena (nach der Brücke links zweites Fahrzeug abstellen).
From Sagone, on the east coast, take the D70 to Vico (Vicu). After passing through the village, at the fork in the road, turn left onto the D 156. A few hundred meters after passing through the hamlet of Chigliani, you come to the bridge over the Catena (beautiful waterfall also below the bridge), where you park the first vehicle and continue with the second, passing through the village of Letia, gaining altitude in a few switchbacks and returning to the Catena (after the bridge, park the second vehicle on the left).

Bemerkenswert der große Naturbogen neben der Schlucht (Arca di Catena, auch schon von der Straße aus sichtbar) sowie die gehäufte Ablagerung von Autowracks an einer Stelle am Bachrand. Die Benutzung des Umsteigers beim hohen Wasserfall (5 m/25 m) ist nicht erforderlich, da Seil auch bei Durchseilen gut abziehbar.
Note the large natural arch next to the canyon (Arca di Catena, also visible from the road) and the pile of car wrecks at one point on the edge of the stream. It is not necessary to use the belay at the high waterfall (5 m/25 m), as the rope is easy to pull off even when roping through.
