Zunächst flussauf bis zur Engstelle (kurze Schwimmstrecke gegen die Strömung), dann entweder flussauf den Ausstieg nach Süden suchen oder - wie wir und bei Rother beschrieben - umkehren und wieder flussab zum Ausgangspunkt im Flussbett (siehe Fotos).
First upstream to the narrows (short swim against the current), then either look for the exit upstream to the south or - as we and Rother described - turn around and head back downstream to the starting point in the riverbed (see photos).
