Von Reutte/Tirol fahren wir auf der B 198 über Stanzach nach Häselgehr (28,2 km jeweils von Lechbrücke zu Lechbrücke). Direkt nach der Lechbrücke biegen wir rechts ab und fahren bis zum Campingplatz "Rudi" (700 m). An der Brücke über den Lahnbach stellen wir unser Auto an geeigneter Stelle ab.

From Reutte/Tyrol we drive on the B 198 via Stanzach to Häselgehr (28.2 km each way from Lech bridge to Lech bridge). Directly after the Lech bridge we turn right and drive to the camping site "Rudi" (700 m). At the bridge over the Lahnbach we park our car at a suitable place.

Zu Fuß oder besser noch mit dem Fahrrad - falls wir uns auf den obersten Abschnitt beschränken wollen - folgen wir dem Forstweg nach der Beschilderung "Wasserfallenweg". Nach 2,8 km und einigen Serpentinen sehen wir rechts eine schmale Schneisse mit einem alten Forstweg, der vom Lochbach hierher führt. Über diesen Pfad steigen wir aus, wenn wir nur den attraktiven obersten Teil begehen wollen. Folgerichtig stellen wir nun unser Fahrrad für die Rückfahrt hier ab. \nWeiter geht es auf der Forstpiste. Nach einigen hundert Metern kommen wir auf eine kleine Lichtung im Wald. Hier verlassen wir die Piste und suchen den Pfad, der auf der Nordseite der Lichtung im Wald bergauf führt. Wir folgen ihm, bis wir an ein Latschenfeld zur rechten kommen. Hier suchen wir die etwas versteckte Spur, die in den Hang und das Latschenfeld hineinquert. Auf diser Spur gelangen wir zum Bach (Einstieg). Vgl. auch Wegeskizze bei "Fotos".

On foot or better yet by bike - if we want to limit ourselves to the uppermost part - we follow the forest road after the sign "Wasserfallenweg". After 2.8 km and some serpentines we see a narrow snow on the right with an old forest path that leads here from the Lochbach. Over this path we get off, if we want to walk only the attractive upper part. Consequently, we now park our bike here for the return trip. \nWe continue on the forest track. After a few hundred meters we come to a small clearing in the forest. Here we leave the track and look for the path that leads uphill on the north side of the clearing in the forest. We follow it until we come to a field of mountain pines on the right. Here we look for the somewhat hidden track that crosses into the slope and the mountain pine field. On this track we reach the stream (entry). Cf. also the trail sketch under "Photos".
