Entweder über Norden durch Tolmezzo der SP 1 über den Pass Folgen (kurvig, eng) bis San Francesco; oder über Süden durch Cornino ebenfalls der SP1 hinauf durch das Arzinotal folgen

Either via the north through Tolmezzo following the SP1 over the mountain pass (winding, narrow) to San Francesco; or via the south through Cornino also following the SP1 up through the Arzino valley

Vom Parkplatz über die Brücke und Links. Erste möglichkeit über den Forstweg nach Rechts hinauf. Dem Forstweg folgen bis zur ersten scharfen 180° Kehre - dort rechts einen unscheinbaren steig in den Wald folgen. Dem Steiglein folgen, eine Abzweigung nach links ignorieren, bis man zu dem Fluss kommt => hier kann man den Wasserstand checken. den Fluss queren und ab hier links einem sehr verfallenen Steig hinauf folgen (teils kaum zu erkennen, erst später oben wieder deutlich) sobald er deutlich abflacht kehrt der Steig richtung Rio Spisul zurück um dort entlang vom Fluss weiter nach hinten zu gehen. Hier weglos hinab (ca 30m) zum Bach. ca 50min

From the parking lot, cross the bridge and turn left. First possibility via the forest path up to the right. Follow the forest path to the first sharp 180° hairpin bend - follow an inconspicuous path into the forest on the right. Follow the path, ignoring a fork to the left, until you come to the river => here you can check the water level. Cross the river and from here follow a very dilapidated path up to the left (partly hardly recognizable, only later clearly again at the top) as soon as it flattens out clearly, the path returns towards Rio Spisul to continue along the river further back. Here descend pathless (approx. 30m) to the stream. ca 50min

Die Stände sind von der Erstbegehung - sie sind sicher, aber minimalistisch. Bitte unbedingt selbst genau beurteilen. Der Bach beginnt gleich mit einer kleinen Abseilstufe (ca 5m, ein Bohrhaken, rechts) schräger Abseiler - kann man vermutlich klettern, aber ist rutschig! gleich darauf folgt ein ca 15m abseiler, stand mittig hinter Blöcken. Nach ca 10m kann man möglicherweise Rutschen bzw Springen => unbedingt Becken abchecken, ist nicht tief! Danach kann man Links an einem Baum abseilen => geht allerdings über Rechts zu umklettern. Rechts kommt ein Stand von dem aus man Schräg hinab zum ersten Stand des hohen Wasserfalls kommt (ca 15m). Man muss etwas komisch über einen Fels nach Rechts zum Stand klettern. Erster hoher Abseiler: ca 55m, Rechts. Hier unbedingt die Kante beachten unterhalb des Standes => Seilschoner. Besser noch einen Umlenker am Baum einrichten (wird bei der nächsten Begehung von mir verbessert!) Seilabzug kann ebenfalls schwierig sein. Stand mitten im hohen Abseiler: Wenig platz für Leute (max 2). Rechts, auf einem Blockförmigen Felsvorsprung. Von hier aus quert man den Wasserfall zum Nächsten stand in ca 50m nach links. Achtung bei hohem Wasserstand hier evtl schwierig, da direkt im Wasserstrahl. Letzter Stand: Links, ca 40m bis Sockel vom Wasserfall. Viel Platz und man kann stehen. Von hier aus nur noch einfaches Blockhüpfen für 10 min bis zur Querung. Dort aussteigen. ca 2h

The stands are from the first ascent - they are safe but minimalist. Please make your own precise assessment. The stream begins immediately with a small abseil step (approx. 5m, one bolt, right) diagonal rappel - can probably be climbed, but is slippery! This is immediately followed by a 15m rappel, centered behind boulders. After about 10m you can possibly slide or jump => be sure to check the pool, it is not deep! Then you can rappel left on a tree => but you have to climb around on the right. On the right is a stand from which you can descend diagonally to the first stand of the high waterfall (approx. 15m). You have to climb a bit strangely over a rock to the right to the belay. First high rappel: approx. 55m, to the right. Pay attention to the edge below the belay => rope protectors. It is better to set up a redirect on the tree (I will improve this on the next ascent!) Rope retrival can also be difficult. Stand in the middle of the high rappel: Little space for people (max. 2). To the right, on a block-shaped ledge. From here you cross the waterfall to the next belaystation about 50m to the left. Be careful when the water level is high, as it is directly in the water jet. Last belay: Left, approx. 40m to the base of the waterfall. Plenty of space and you can stand. From here it is only a simple block hop for 10 minutes to the crossing. Get out there. ca 2h
