Von Bilbao über Santander nach Oviedo. Auf der N-634 in (westlicher) Richtung Grado bzw. Cornellana weiter. Nach 12 km in Richtung Trubia nach Süden abbiegen und den gleichnamigen Fluss aufwärts (19 km) bis Proaza. Hier links ab nach Villamejin und im Ort links haltend nach San Martin. Weiter in Richtung Serandi. Bei der folgenden Brücke über den Rio Serandi Auto abstellen.
From Bilbao via Santander to Oviedo. Continue on the N-634 in the (western) direction of Grado or Cornellana. After 12 km, turn south towards Trubia and continue up the river of the same name (19 km) to Proaza. Turn left here towards Villamejin and keep left in the village towards San Martin. Continue in the direction of Serandi. Park your car at the next bridge over the Rio Serandi.

Etwa 30 m östlich der Brücke geht von der Teerstraße ein Pfad ab. Dieser überquert bei einer verfallenen Mühle den Rio Serandi an das orogr. li. Ufer und steigt als alter Maultierpfad in Serpentinen aufwärts. Man trifft dann auf den von San Martin kommenden Weg (alter Zustieg). Man erreicht nach ca. 50 Minuten eine Wiese, geht links an dem Steinhaus vorbei und in östlicher Richtung hinunter zum Bach. Hier ist der Einstieg.
About 30 m east of the bridge, a path leaves the tarred road. This crosses the Rio Serandi at a dilapidated mill on the orographic left bank and climbs up in switchbacks as an old mule track. You then meet the path coming from San Martin (old access). After about 50 minutes you reach a meadow, pass the stone house on the left and descend in an easterly direction to the stream. Here is the entry.

22 Abseiler. Der obere eng eingeschnittene Teil im Halbdunkel lohnt die Mühe. Am Ende eines offeneren Mittelteils kommen noch die beiden langen Abseiler. Mehrfach bieten sich ggf. Möglichkeiten für Rutschen und kleinere Sprünge.
22 Rappels. The upper narrow section in the semi-darkness is worth the effort. At the exit of a more open middle section are the two long rappels. There are several opportunities for slides and smaller jumps.

Nach der letzen Abseilstelle läuft man noch einige hundert Meter im Bachbett weiter, bis Steigspuren links hinaus auf den Anstiegspfad ziehen (ca. 100 m vor der verfallenen Mühle). Auf ihm abwärts und zurück zum Auto.
After the last rappelling point, continue walking in the streambed for a few hundred meters until the tracks to the left lead to the ascent path (approx. 100 m before the dilapidated mill). Follow it downhill and back to the car.

Très beau canyon très encaissé, plutôt 4h que 3h. Enchaînement d’une vingtaine de rappels. Les toboggans de la fin passent. Attention à l’avant dernière cascade c’est plutôt une C30, nous étions en bout de corde avec une 60m.
