Aus Grasse (an der N 85) in nordöstlicher Richtung (Chateauneuf-Grasse)auf der D 2085 hinaus und nach 6 km links abbiegen auf die D 2210. Man erreicht nach 6,5 km Pont du Loup. Auf dem Parkplatz li. vor der Brücke ein Fahrzeug abstellen.
Mit dem anderen Fahrzeug über die Brücke und dann links ab auf die D 6 in Richtung Greolières. Nach 3 km durchfährt man ein Tunnel; direkt danach links das andere Fahrzeug abstellen.
From Grasse (on the N 85) head north-east (Chateauneuf-Grasse) on the D 2085 and after 6 km turn left onto the D 2210. You will reach Pont du Loup after 6.5 km. Park one vehicle in the parking lot on the left before the bridge.
Take the other vehicle over the bridge and then turn left onto the D 6 towards Greolières. After 3 km, drive through a tunnel; immediately afterwards, park the other vehicle on the left.

Etwa 250 m weiter die Straße hinauf kommen wir zur Kaskade von Bes-Courmes. Von der Straße hier rechts ab ins Wasser und dann links mit zwei Abseilern (10 und 4 m) unter der Brücke hindurch hinunter zum Loup.

Nach der zweiten 4-m-Rutsche stürzt das Wasser in einer Stromschnelle hinab in eine Verengung (Schlüsselstelle). Hier droht schon bei normaler Wasserführung Gefahr, so dass man sie links umgehen sollte (dann re. über die Bücke und li. - ggf. mit Sprung - wieder einsteigen).
After the second 4 m slide, the water plunges down a rapid into a narrowing (key section). There is danger here even with normal water flow, so you should bypass it on the left (then right over the bridge and left - if necessary with a jump - to get back in).

Le débit m'a paru conséquent pour descendre avec les enfants, on a préféré contourner la majorité des obstacles car ça poussé trop. En tant qu'adulte ça passe dans l'actif mais je n'ai pas testé partout. Nous avons démarré le canyon sous la route entre les 2 tunnels au niveau de la cascade de Courmes, comme font les guides actuellement. C'était la partie la plus amusante de la descente, prévoir une corde d'environ 35m pour la cascade sous la route.

Enchainé bes courmes et le loup. Le Parking situé au pied de la cascade est fermé. On s'est garé a "pont du loup" sur le parking situé vers la confiserie, 25 mn de marche après la sortie du loup sur un chemin situé en rive droite. Ca permets de continuer les gorges plus bas c'est sympa.Débit correct pour le loup, tout passe (sauts et toboggs).
