Von Nizza durchs Var-Tal nach Norden, dann nach Westen und zuletzt wieder nach Norden bis zur Gorge de Daluis (über die D 2202 Richtung Guillaumes). Nach dem Ort Daluis steigt die Straße stark an, um die Schlucht Gorge de Daluis in 100 bis 200 m Höhe über dem Var wildromantisch zu durchqueren. Etwa 3 km nach dem Ort wird ein Seitenbach (der Bertheou) auf hoher gemauerter Brücke überquert (Schild "Pont de Bertheou"). Hier parken.

From Nice through the Var valley to the north, then west and finally north again to the Gorge de Daluis (via the D 2202 towards Guillaumes). After the village of Daluis, the road rises sharply to cross the canyon Gorge de Daluis at 100 to 200 m above the Var wild and romantic. About 3 km after the village, a side stream (the Bertheou) is crossed on a high brick bridge (signs "Pont de Bertheou"). Park here.

Am nördlichen Ende der Brücke beginnt ein horizontal verlaufender Weg, der bachaufwärts (in nordwestlicher Richtung) 10 Min. zum Einstieg verfolgt wird (bei einer Verzweigung den linken abwärts führenden Weg nehmen).

A horizontal trail begins at the north end of the bridge and is followed upstream (northwest) for 10 min to the entry (at a fork, take the left downhill trail).

Von der Mündung des Bertheou aus etwa 100 m im Var talwärts waten, bis hinter einer Geländekante ein Weg erkennbar wird (großer Steinmann), der über die Flanke wieder hinauf zur Straße führt. Die Straße rechts aufwärts zum Parkplatz.

From the mouth of the Bertheou, wade down the valley for about 100 m in the Var until a path becomes visible behind a terrain edge (large cairn), which leads back up the flank to the road. Take the road up to the right to the parking lot.
