A-10 von Voltri (Genua), Ausfahrt Arenzano; auf der SS-1 westlich in Richtung Cogoleto, Varazze. Die Straße errreicht nach ca. 500 m das Meer und biegt nach rechts über eine Brücke (Rio Leone). Unmittelbar nach der Brücke rechts abbiegen, die Fahrt führt durch eine Industrieansiedlung. Nicht ganz 1,5 km nach dem Verlassen der SS-1 folgen wir der rechts abzweigenden Straße nach Case Soprane. Am Ende des Weilers bei einem Brunnen mit Wasserhahn parken wir das Auto.
Für einen alternativen Zustieg von der orographisch rechten Seite lassen wir die abzweigende Straße nach Case Soprane rechts liegen und fahren hinauf nach Lerca. Am Beginn der Ortschaft dann scharf rechts und geradeaus, hinauf zum Campingplatz. Unterhalb von diesem geht es rechts entlang, vorbei an einer Kapelle und einer Ruine (links). Bei einer Wasserzisterne zur Rechten kann man links das Auto abstellen (Von Lerca ca. 1 km).
A-10 from Voltri (Genoa), exit Arenzano; take the SS-1 west towards Cogoleto, Varazze. The road reaches the sea after approx. 500 m and turns right over a bridge (Rio Leone). Immediately after the bridge, turn right and drive through an industrial estate. Not quite 1.5 km after leaving the SS-1, follow the road branching off to the right towards Case Soprane. Park the car at the exit of the hamlet near a fountain with a tap.
For an alternative access from the orographic right-hand side, leave the road branching off to Case Soprane on the right and drive up to Lerca. At the beginning of the village, take a sharp right and head straight on up to the campsite. Below the campsite, turn right, past a chapel and a ruin (left). You can park your car on the left at a water cistern on the right (approx. 1 km from Lerca).

Vom Brunnen führt rechts eine Piste hinauf, die nach einigen Serpentinen dann halbhoch am orographisch linken Uferhang des Lerca entlangführt. Nach 30min kommt man an eine Verzweigung, wo man den links führenden Maultierpfad nimmt. Am Ausgang eines Pinienwaldes in einer Linkskurve, wo ein meist trockener Bach den Weg kreuzt gehen wir noch einige Meter weiter. Wir kommen in ein Wäldchen; hier markiert ein blauer Punkt mit weißem Hintergrund auf einem Baum zur Linken die Stelle, wo die Spur steil hinunter ins Bachbett des Lerca führt (insgesamt ca. 50 Min.).
Der alternative Zustieg führt über einen vom Parkplatz rechts abzweigenden Steig, der zuerst steil hinauf steigt und später allmählich flacher wird. Der anfänglich hoch über dem Rio Lerca verlaufende Steig kommt nach einiger Zeit dem Flussbett immer näher, bald kann man bei einem Seitenbach wenige Meter hinabsteigen ins Bachbett des Lerca (insgesamt ca. 60 Min.).
Der alternative Zustieg ist landschaftlich reizvoll, zwingt jedoch am Ende des Canyons zu einem schweißtreibenden Aufstieg (20 Min.).
From the fountain, a track leads up to the right, which after a few hairpin bends then runs halfway up the orographic left bank of the Lerca. After 30 minutes you come to a junction where you take the mule track on the left. At the exit of a pine forest in a left-hand bend, where a mostly dry stream crosses the path, we continue for a few more meters. We come to a small wood; here a blue dot with a white background on a tree to the left marks the point where the tracks lead steeply down into the streambed of the Lerca (approx. 50 min. in total).
The alternative access is via a path branching off to the right from the parking lot, which climbs steeply at first and then gradually becomes flatter. The path, which initially runs high above the Rio Lerca, comes closer and closer to the riverbed after a while, and soon you can descend a few meters into the streambed of the Lerca at a side stream (approx. 60 min. in total).
The alternative access is scenic, but requires a strenuous ascent at the exit of the canyon (20 min.).

Etwa 10 Min. nach der letzten Abseilstelle passiert man eine kleine Staumauer, hier führt ein querenden Steig nach links. Alternativ kann man auch noch 10min den Bach absteigen, an einige Gumpen vorbei, in denen im Sommer reger Badebetrieb herrscht. Hier kreuzt ein Pfad das Bachbett. Hier geht es dann entweder links hinauf über den Weiler Valconara zum Parkplatz in Case Soprane oder - Alternativzustieg - rechts hinauf zum Auto.
About 10 minutes after the last abseil point, you pass a small dam wall, where a path leads to the left. Alternatively, you can also descend the stream for another 10 minutes, past some pools that are very busy in summer. A path crosses the streambed here. Here you can either turn left uphill via the hamlet of Valconara to the parking lot in Case Soprane or - as an alternative - turn right uphill to the car.

Wie sind über den als alternativ beschriebenen Weg zugestiegen. Beim Einstieg waren 3 Autos einer italienischen Gruppe, unsere 3 Autos haben gerade noch Platz gehabt. Leider so gut wie keine Sonne und kalter Wind. Die Schlucht war nett und hat einige sehr schöne Sprünge zu bieten. Rückweg über den Wasserleitungsweg beim verfallenen Wehr
We boarded via the route described as an alternative. At the entry there were 3 cars of an Italian group, our 3 cars just had enough space. Unfortunately there was virtually no sun and a cold wind. The canyon was nice and had some very nice jumps to offer. Way back via the water pipe path by the dilapidated dam

On a loupé le chemin pour descendre dans le canyon. On est parti 50m en amont du captage(bâtiment en bout du chemin). On a fait la descente en blocs jusqu'à la première cascade. Balade en blocs magnifique. On a eu de la grêle et de la pluie. Bonne ambiance. Attention à la roche glissante. Très beau canyon ludique avec des sauts et quelques petits toboggans.
